Replaced a single-machine stock program with a centrally hosted platform spanning five branches and both desktop and browser-based tills.
Reduced stock discrepancies by tracking purchases, production, deliveries and sales in one inventory ledger, with branch receipt confirmation and adjustment history.
Automated recipe COGS calculations from purchase costs; date-range sales reports and product movement histories made purchasing and pricing decisions faster.
