A site built from your own content
Your pages, your photos, your rates, your map and contact details — not a template with someone else’s business dropped out of it.
Services & pricing
Built for customer-facing businesses — hotels, resorts, restaurants, clinics, shops — that have no website, an old one nobody updates, or nothing but a Facebook page. Everything below is the real price. There is no discovery fee, no retainer to talk, and nothing here changes after you say yes.
₱25,000 – ₱35,000 for a five-page professional website, delivered in one week · ₱2,500/month to keep it looked after · you own every part of it
Your pages, your photos, your rates, your map and contact details — not a template with someone else’s business dropped out of it.
Most of your customers will only ever see the site on a phone. That is the version that gets designed properly.
An SSL certificate is installed on day one and renews itself. Browsers stop warning people away from you.
info@, bookings@, and so on, at your own domain, at no monthly cost — readable in the Gmail or Mail app you already use.
The site is submitted to Google and linked to your Maps listing so that searching your business name finds you, not a copy of you.
A live website at your own domain is the strongest answer to a fake Facebook page taking deposits in your name.
Your site can grow with your business. Start where the problem is and move up a tier whenever you are ready — nothing has to be bought in advance. Not sure which one you need? Describe the problem and you will be told the cheapest tier that solves it.
Five pages built from your content — pages, photo galleries, rates, map, contact details. Where most businesses start.
Additional pages beyond the standard five, added at any time.
Inquiry and booking-request forms, automatic email confirmations to your customer, a news or promo section.
Online payments, a real-time booking calendar with live availability, an online store, customer accounts and logins.
Inventory, point-of-sale, staff management, custom software behind the counter rather than in front of it.
Optional, and it can be started or stopped at any time with fifteen days’ notice. Cancelling never takes your site down and never affects what you own.

A few things carry third-party fees. They are passed to you at cost, listed plainly, and only ever charged if you choose them.
Not about features. Describe what is going wrong — no website, an old one nobody updates, customers who cannot find your rates — and you get told the cheapest tier that fixes it.
Scope, price and delivery date in writing, with everything that is included listed line by line. Anything not written down is not included, so nothing is a surprise later.
50% before the work begins, 50% on launch day, by GCash or bank transfer. Work does not start before the down payment clears — that part is not negotiable.
The site goes up on a private preview address first. Two rounds of revisions are included: send a screenshot and the exact new wording, price or photo, and it gets changed.
On final payment the site is published to your own domain and handed over with every password. For thirty days after launch, anything that does not work as built is fixed free.
The delivery date is counted from the later of the down payment clearing and all of this arriving. Late materials move the date back by the same number of days — which is why gathering this first is the fastest thing you can do.
Ownership
The domain is registered in your name from day one, with your email address for recovery. The website, its content, its photographs and its email addresses are yours. Hosting and email accounts are created in your name; management access is held only in order to do the work.
On final payment you own the finished website outright. If we ever stop working together, every account, password and file is handed over in full, at no charge, within seven days. Nothing is held back to keep you paying.
Software gets built and maintained here. These are outside the work, and are never promised, implied or guaranteed by anyone speaking for us — so if you are told otherwise, it is not true.
You do — all of it. The domain is registered in your name with your email for recovery, the site and its content are yours, and the email accounts are in your name. Management access is held only to do the work. If we ever part ways, every account, password and file is handed over in full, at no charge, within seven days. No hostages.
The site stays up and stays yours. You would renew the domain yourself each year, and edits become per-request at ₱500–₱1,000 each. Cancelling a care plan never takes a site down.
Yes, two ways. Your free professional address at your own domain works inside the Gmail app you already have — that is what most businesses choose. Or Google Workspace can be set up as a paid add-on.
Changes go through us. That is what keeps a working site from breaking, and on a care plan the updates are already included.
One week for a Tier 1, counted from the later of the down payment clearing and your materials arriving. Gathering photos and confirming rates is usually the slow part, so the clock does not start until that is done.
No, and it usually saves you money. An existing domain is moved across rather than bought again, and an old site can be kept online until the new one is ready to replace it. If someone else is holding your domain, you are helped to get it back into your own name — that transfer is part of the job, not an extra.
The Zamboanga Peninsula — Zamboanga City, Pagadian, Dipolog, Dapitan and Ipil — plus anywhere else in the Philippines that a phone call reaches. The work itself is done remotely, so no travel cost is added to your quote.
You pay for the work already done, pro-rated against the agreed timeline, and never more than you have actually paid. The exact formula and a worked example are written into the agreement you sign before anything starts.
Only if your site has forms. Every build that collects personal information ships with a privacy notice page and a consent line on the form, in line with the Data Privacy Act of 2012, at no extra charge.
Tell us what is going wrong. You get a written quote back.
No obligation, and everything agreed is put in writing before any money moves.
Prices are in Philippine pesos and current as of August 2026. A full written agreement — covering scope, payment, revisions, cancellation, ownership and data privacy — is provided and signed before any work begins.
